Microustic® Micro-Perforated Panels
Perfopan Microustic is a micro-perforated panel whose Ø1mm or Ø0.5mm front holes are very hard to see at normal viewing distance. The dense perforation absorbs sound, so walls and ceilings in offices, classrooms and restaurants stay visually calm.
Front and rear faces are drilled in stages, so larger Ø5mm rear holes sit hidden behind the smaller front holes. Finishes are natural, lace veneer or laminate, with lacquer paint and melamine on request via Perfopan's technical office.

It suits rooms where a plain, discreet surface matters as much as absorption: offices, meeting rooms, classrooms and restaurants. For a school we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey.
We do not assume a rating. Perfopan publishes reaction-to-fire data per product, and it can vary with the finish, so we confirm the classification from the data sheet against your building's requirements before anything is ordered.
Panels fix on Perfopan's wall or ceiling installation systems, and the cavity behind affects low-frequency absorption. Our installation team confirms the substructure at the survey and agrees the setting out on site.
Six variants: MICRO 8x8x1 (PR1%), 4x8x1 (PR3%), 4x4x1 (PR5% and PR10%), plus NANO-MICRO 4x4x0.5 (PR3%) and 1.9x1.9x0.5 (PR6%). All have concealed Ø5mm rear holes on a 16mm grid.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Coverage is worked out from the room's volume, finishes and use at the free site survey, which gives a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report. Measurement is a paid add-on.
