Our acoustic survey is free, with no obligation to go ahead with anything afterwards, and the report is yours to keep whoever carries out the work. We would like the chance to earn the project, but the survey stands on its own as useful evidence about your room.
It depends on the size and number of rooms. A single room is usually a short visit, while larger or multi-room sites take longer. We agree the visit time when you book, and send the written report once the findings have been processed.
Yes. Where a visit is not practical, we work from room dimensions, photos and drawings and give you a budget and initial recommendations. A site visit adds on-site detail, so we recommend one wherever possible.

No. The report is yours to keep either way, and you are free to take it to another supplier or use it with your own design team. There is no pressure to proceed, and the quotation carries no obligation.
