Flat Panels
Perfopan Flat Panels are flat-surface wood acoustic panels for walls and ceilings, with precise veneer grain matching, cut technique and colour consistency across every panel. They suit offices, schools, hospitality spaces and humid areas such as swimming pools.
They are made in melamine-faced MDF, or raw MDF finished with lacquer paint or laminate cladding. Fire-resistant cores and moisture-resistant fibre-gypsum cores are available, and natural veneers can be custom coloured or stained before lacquering.

Yes, with the right core. A moisture-resistant fibre-gypsum core is available for humid environments such as swimming pools, so we specify it for those rooms. For school pools and changing areas we assess against the BB93 target at the survey.
Yes. They give a continuous timber-faced surface with matched veneer grain and consistent colour, so boardrooms, reception areas, classrooms and hotel or restaurant interiors read as one finish. Our acoustician checks the room's acoustic target at the survey.
A fire-resistant core is available on request. We do not quote a rating from memory: we confirm the classification of the chosen core and finish from Perfopan's data sheet against your building's fire strategy before anything is ordered.
