Acoustic Battens
Acoustic Battens are decorative wood battens in a range of widths, made from MDF or plywood, for wall and ceiling surfaces. The connecting strip between them is acoustic fabric that absorbs sound energy, so schools, sports halls and public interiors gain absorption and a warm finish together.
Finishes are lacquer, wood veneer, melamine or laminate. The connecting strip is a fire-resistant black acoustic fabric, available in other colours on request. Batten widths and thicknesses can be combined freely, and FR MDF cores and fire-resistant protective lacquers can be applied.
