D-E Plank Ceiling System
The D-E Plank ceiling system carries grooved, rear-perforated Perfoplank acoustic panels in narrow strips. The perforated backing absorbs sound overhead, and the lightweight format suits strip ceilings, pool-side canopies and other canopy applications in schools, leisure and hospitality spaces.
Planks come in 128mm and 192mm widths and 2780mm or 3640mm lengths, with nail-fix or clip-fix mounting. The narrower profile limits bulging or waviness on ceilings, and Perfopan's engineers specify the substructure for each project.

For a school we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey, and for leisure or hospitality we check the ceiling type and moisture conditions.
Fire-resistant Class B MDF ceiling coverings can be produced on request. Whichever board is chosen, we confirm the classification from Perfopan's data sheet against your building's requirements, for example a school or leisure building, before the order is placed.
Mounting is nail-fix or clip-fix, and the lightweight planks suit strip-ceiling installations. Perfopan's engineers specify the substructure for each project, and our installation team confirms it against your ceiling at the survey, then carries out the fitting.
There are two widths, 128mm and 192mm, each in 2780mm and 3640mm lengths, which gives four standard sizes. The panels are grooved and rear-perforated Perfoplank, and ceiling coverage is produced to your project dimensions.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Plank quantity follows the ceiling area and layout, so our acoustician measures it at a free site survey, where you also receive a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
