Perfoplank® Grooved Panels
Perfoplank is a grooved wood plank panel for walls and ceilings. Grooves are cut into the face and the rear is half-drilled to absorb sound, while concealed, seamless jointing makes the planks straightforward to specify and install in offices, schools and hospitality rooms.
Planks come in 128mm or 192mm widths, with a fire-resistant acoustic fabric backing on every panel. Six groove and hole patterns are offered, from 2mm to 4mm groove gaps, at 4,000 or 8,000 holes per m², with minimal offcut waste.

It treats walls and ceilings in classrooms, open offices, restaurants and hotel spaces where a timber finish and absorption are both wanted. For schools we assess against the BB93 target at the survey.
Every panel is backed with a fire-resistant acoustic fabric, but no classification is stated in the data we hold. We confirm it from Perfopan's data sheet against your building's requirements before ordering.
Widths are 128mm or 192mm. Six patterns are offered: groove gaps of 2mm, 3.2mm or 4mm, with spacing from 4.8mm to 14mm, at 4,000 holes per m², or 8,000 on the stepped 3mm front, 8mm rear variant.
Our installation team fits the planks and confirms the fixings at the free site survey. Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. The survey includes a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
