Perfofire® Perforated Panels
Perfofire perforated panels absorb sound on ceilings and walls, with the front face drilled directly to form the absorbing panel. Built on a fire-resistant fibre-gypsum core, they suit schools, offices and venues that need acoustic control with fire safety and fast installation.
The core is A2-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1, and every panel is backed with Soundtex acoustic fabric. Three variants cover low and mid frequencies: PF 16x64x10 (1200 holes per m2), PF 32x32x8 PR5% (1000) and PF 32x32x8 PR10% (2000). Custom sizes and large-scale runs are possible.

All three variants absorb low and mid frequencies, which helps with boomy rooms. They suit school halls and classrooms, open-plan offices, restaurants and venues. For schools we assess against the BB93 target at the survey before choosing a variant.
Our installation team fixes them to walls or ceilings, and the system is designed for fast installation. We check substrate, set-out and any custom sizes at the survey, so the hole pattern runs consistently across panel joints.
The fibre-gypsum core is stated as A2-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1, and each panel has a Soundtex acoustic fabric backing. We check the classification of the finished build against your building's requirements before ordering, so nothing relies on the core alone.
PF 16x64x10 has 8% perforation and 1200 holes per m2. PF 32x32x8 comes at 5% perforation with 1000 holes per m2, or 10% with 2000 holes per m2, both with 32 mm spacing and 8 mm holes.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Quantity depends on the area to treat and the absorption target, so our free site survey agrees numbers and gives a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
