Sapelli is a Kuuks veneered slat panel with a reddish-brown, ribboned grain that sits between oak and walnut in tone. The 12mm MDF slats on a felt acoustic base absorb sound, cutting echo on walls and ceilings in offices, hospitality interiors and homes.
Slats are 12mm veneered MDF, 27mm wide with 13mm spacing, in 2400mm or 2800mm lengths. The base is 7mm or 9mm GRS-certified recycled PET felt in black or grey. Slats and felt are classified B-s1,d0.

Kuuks classifies the veneered MDF slats and the felt base as B-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1. We check that class against your building's fire strategy for the finish you choose before ordering, instead of relying on the range name.
