Mono White PVC Acoustic Panel

Mono White PVC Acoustic Panel is a Kuuks slat panel with a white decorative PVC finish over 12mm MDF slats. Stapled to a 7mm PET acoustic backing, it absorbs sound and reduces reverberation on feature walls and ceilings in commercial and residential spaces.

Each panel is 600mm wide and 19mm deep, supplied in 2400, 2700, 3000 and 4500mm lengths. The white PVC wraps all three visible sides of the slats. White is one of six finishes in the Kuuks PVC slat range.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting

Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.

Where in a school or office does the Mono White PVC panel work?

The PVC finish copes with moisture, scratches and daily wear, which suits school corridors, office breakout areas, restaurants and reception walls. In a school, we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey.

Does the Mono White PVC panel have a fire rating?

Kuuks states no fire classification for the PVC panel on its product page. Before ordering, we check reaction-to-fire data in the manufacturer's data sheet against what your building requires. The veneered Kuuks range does list B-s1,d0 where a stated class is needed.

How is the Mono White PVC panel installed?

Felt-backed slat panels are usually fixed directly to a sound wall or to battens. Our installation team decides the right fixing for your wall at the survey, including plasterboard and uneven surfaces, and carries out the fitting.

How do the slats absorb sound?

Sound enters the gaps between the 12mm MDF slats and is absorbed by the 7mm PET acoustic backing, rather than bouncing back into the room. Lengths are 2400, 2700, 3000 and 4500mm, with a 600mm width and 19mm depth.

How do I get samples and a panel count for my room?

Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. The number of panels depends on volume, hard surfaces and use. Our free site survey gives a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report, and measurement is a paid add-on.
