PET Felt Acoustic Panels
Kuuks PET felt is the base material behind the Kuuks slat and hexagon ranges, supplied as full, uncut sheets. It absorbs sound and is the raw component for custom wall and ceiling linings, slat panel cores, pods, furniture panels and lighting fittings in offices, schools and venues.
The felt is EU-manufactured from 50 to 70% recycled polyester fibre, in thicknesses from 9 to 40mm and multiple colours. Standard sheets are 2,440 x 1,220mm, with a maximum of 3,000 x 1,800mm, and the fire classification is B-s2,d0.

It is a base material rather than a finished panel, so it goes into custom builds: wall and ceiling linings, slat panel cores, acoustic pods, furniture panels and lighting fittings. We assess a school room against its BB93 target at the survey, then specify the build that suits the space.
The product information gives B-s2,d0 under EN 13501-1 for the felt as supplied. A finished build adds other materials, so we confirm the classification of the whole assembly from the manufacturers' data sheets against your building's requirements before anything is ordered.
It arrives as full, uncut sheets, so it is cut and formed to suit the design being built. Our installation team confirms how the finished component is fixed to your walls or ceiling at the survey, and handles the installation on site.
Thickness runs from 9 to 40mm. Standard sheets are 2,440 x 1,220mm and the maximum is 3,000 x 1,800mm per sheet. The felt is made from 50 to 70% recycled polyester fibre in the EU, and it is supplied in multiple colours.
