04ML.0428 R3-8 is a grooved wood acoustic panel from the Monacoustic range. Its clean linear timber face hides rear perforations that absorb sound which would otherwise echo, making it a fit for conference rooms, auditoriums and hospitality interiors.
Groove width and spacing vary across the Monacoustic range. This panel is made as standard in 18mm MDF or fire-retardant 18mm FR-MDF, in six sizes between 512 x 1390mm and 576 x 3640mm, with Alpi veneer, wood veneer, HPL, melamine or solid finishes.

Yes, where a timber finish and echo control are both wanted, such as lecture rooms, offices and meeting spaces. Schools are assessed against their BB93 target at the survey, and the acoustician sizes the treatment to the room.
That depends on the board. It is made in 18mm MDF or 18mm FR-MDF, and we confirm the classification from Monacoustic's data sheet against your fire strategy, specifying FR-MDF where required, before ordering.
Our installation team does. The fixing system and any cavity behind the panel affect absorption, so we confirm the substructure and fixings for your walls or ceiling at the survey and set out the panels from there.
