Monacoustic
02MP.3216 X1 Perforated
02MP.3216 X1 gives the look of a wood-panelled wall with a perforated face that absorbs sound. This Monacoustic panel lines walls and ceilings where speech and music would otherwise echo off plain timber or plaster, and the pattern is chosen to suit each room.
Panels are made in 18mm MDF or 18mm FR-MDF as standard, with other thicknesses and materials available for a project. They come in six sizes, from 512 x 1390mm up to 576 x 3640mm, with Alpi veneer, wood veneer, HPL, melamine or solid finishes.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting
Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.
No. It absorbs sound within the room, cutting echo off hard walls and ceilings, but it does not stop sound passing into neighbouring rooms. That needs separating construction, which our acoustician can assess at the free site survey.
The product information does not state a rating. As standard it is made in 18mm MDF or 18mm FR-MDF, and we confirm the classification of the board you choose from Monacoustic's data sheet against your fire strategy before ordering.
Our installation team fixes the panels to wall or ceiling linings. As the substructure and any cavity affect absorption, we check both at the survey. In schools we assess the room against its BB93 target at the same visit.
Finishes are Alpi veneer, wood veneer, HPL, melamine or solid. Sizes are 512 x 1390, 672 x 1390, 512 x 2780, 672 x 2780, 576 x 1800 and 576 x 3640mm, on 18mm MDF or FR-MDF.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. The free site survey gives you a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report, and the pattern and coverage are then specified against the room's reverberation target. Measurement is a paid add-on.
