Parmephon

Parmephon Advance

Parmephon Advance is a higher-specification acoustic ceiling tile for standard T-24 suspended grids, with a glasswool core. It absorbs sound at ceiling level and suits cinemas, conference rooms, offices and hospitals where more absorption is needed without a bespoke ceiling.

Advance comes in 600×600, 600×1200 and 1200×1200 mm modules, with custom sizes on request. It is classed A2-s1,d0 and has a moisture-tolerant surface, the same as the rest of the T-24 tile family.

Not sure what your space needs? We can survey it or quote for supply and installation.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting

Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.

When is Parmephon Advance chosen over the other T-24 tiles?

Advance is the higher-performance specification in the range, used in cinemas, conference rooms, offices and hospitals. Our acoustician decides at the survey whether the room needs it, including school spaces assessed against their BB93 target.

Is Advance fire rated?

Parmephon rates Advance A2-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1+A1:2013. We read that against your building's fire strategy and the finish chosen, and we confirm the outcome with you before the tiles go on order.

Can Advance be swapped into the grid I already have?

Yes, Advance fits the standard T-24 suspended grid, so upgrading from a base tile is a like-for-like change. Our installation team checks the grid at the survey and fits the tiles.

What sizes does Advance offer?

Advance is made in 600×600, 600×1200 and 1200×1200 mm modules, with custom sizes on request. It has an acoustic glasswool core and a moisture-tolerant surface, built for the T-24 grid.

How do I see Advance samples and work out a tile count?

Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Our acoustician works out tile numbers from room size, ceiling height, finishes and occupancy, and the free site survey provides a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
