Volta Lay-In
Volta Lay-In is a vaulted acoustic ceiling tray that sits in standard T24 and T15 ceiling grids. The vaulted profile gives a ceiling more depth than a flat tile, and the felt absorbs sound in offices, educational spaces and public interiors.
It is made from PET felt with 50% recycled content in 53 standard Feltouch colours. Modules are 595 x 1195mm and 595 x 2395mm, and the product information gives a B-s1,d0 fire classification.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting
Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.
It is listed for offices, educational spaces and public interiors. For a school we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey, and in an office we look at how the vaulted trays sit alongside lighting and services in the grid.
The product information gives a B-s1,d0 fire classification. We still confirm that against the manufacturer's current data sheet and your building's requirements before ordering, so the classification we supply matches what your fire strategy asks for.
The lightweight tray lays into standard T24 and T15 ceiling grids. Our installation team checks the existing grid at the survey, since the vaulted profile sits differently from a flat tile, and then supplies and fits the trays.
Modules are 595 x 1195mm and 595 x 2395mm. The vaulted trays are made from PET felt with 50% recycled content and are offered in 53 standard Feltouch felt colours, so the ceiling can be matched to your palette.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Tray numbers depend on ceiling area and grid layout, so our acoustician works them out at a free site survey, which gives you a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
