Feltouch
RA Task Lighting
RA Task Lighting is a ceiling element that pairs directed task light with sound absorption. Its radial felt texture disperses sound waves, reduces reverberation and supports concentration in offices, meeting rooms, workspaces and educational environments where focused light is needed.
Designed by Ayça Akkaya Kul as part of the RA Collection, it is built on a 12mm thick acoustic felt panel. The focused light module comes in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K, and several fixtures can be combined in one space.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting
Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.
Yes, it is aimed at offices, meeting rooms, workspaces and educational environments where focused light and acoustic comfort are both needed. For schools we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey.
The product information gives no rating, and Feltouch classifications can differ by colour range or finish. We check the manufacturer's data sheet against what your building requires before ordering, rather than relying on a general statement.
Our installation team fixes the luminaire, including where several fixtures form a larger ceiling composition. The fitting is powered, so the electrical connection is made by your electrician. Positions are agreed with you at the free site survey.
