Feltouch
Octopus
Octopus is a decorative acoustic panel with a circular recessed three-dimensional form. Its felt reduces reverberation and unwanted reflections, making speech easier to follow on walls and ceilings in offices, meeting rooms, hospitality venues, educational spaces and reception areas.
Part of Feltouch's DecoSound Collection, Octopus is made from 50% recycled PET felt in a lightweight structure. It installs on walls and ceilings, and comes in 53 standard Feltouch felt colours.

Where it works, fire rating and fitting
Your product questions, answered, for UK schools, offices and venues.
Yes. Octopus reduces reverberation and unwanted reflections, which makes speech easier to follow in meeting rooms, offices and educational spaces. The effect depends on how much of the room is treated, so coverage is planned room by room.
Offices, meeting rooms, hospitality venues, reception areas and public interiors suit it, along with educational spaces. For a school classroom or hall we assess the room against its BB93 target at the survey.
Velcro fixes Octopus directly to the wall or ceiling, and the lightweight felt is easy to handle. Our installation team confirms the fixing for your surface at the survey and agrees the setting out on site.
Feltouch publishes reaction-to-fire data per product, and it can differ between colour ranges. Before ordering, we take the classification from the manufacturer's data sheet and check it against your building's requirements, rather than assuming a rating.
Samples are available on request; allow a few working days. Quantity follows the acoustic need of the room, not its wall area alone. A free site survey gives you a quotation and an AI-assisted acoustic report.
