Custom acoustic solutions are bespoke panels, features and lighting engineered for briefs that catalogue products cannot meet, such as sculpted ceilings, branded reception features or a signature wall. Shape, colour and mounting are set to the room, then engineered to its acoustic target.
Light integration can be built in, and the work suits hospitality, retail and headquarters projects where the treatment is meant to be seen. We work from your concept or architect's drawings to engineer the acoustics, then manufacture, supply and install across the UK.

An acoustician visits the site, or works from your drawings and photos when a visit isn't practical. Either way, the room, its surfaces and how it is used are recorded before any advice is given.
Reverberation, ambient noise and noise transfer are read against what the space is used for. The findings arrive as an AI-assisted acoustic report with recommendations, yours to keep with no obligation to proceed.
Treatment is modelled against a reverberation target, then drawn up with panel positions, fixings and finishes. Nothing moves forward until you have approved the design.
Every quotation comes with the specification behind it, listing products by type, quantity and finish with costs set out line by line. What is quoted is what the design calls for.
Panels, baffles, ceilings and screens come from the manufacturers we work with and are supplied to the approved specification. What arrives on site matches what was designed.
Our installation team fits to the approved drawings, checking positions and fixings as they go. One team supplies and installs the treatment.
Optional paid add-on: after fit-out the space can be measured again and compared with the original survey, so the improvement is measured rather than assumed. Compliance testing is carried out with our testing partner, EMC Acoustics, and the written record goes into your building file.

There is no fixed minimum, because custom work is driven by the brief rather than the scale. Very small jobs are often better served by a catalogue product, so we tell you honestly if a standard option would give you the same result for less.
It depends on complexity, so we give a project-specific programme once the brief, geometry and materials are confirmed at design stage. Custom work runs longer than ordering from stock, so involve us early enough to build the lead time into your project programme.
Yes, integrated lighting is one of the most common requests. Light and acoustics are designed together, including power, heat, maintenance access and fire performance, so the feature reads as one element rather than a light fixed to a panel.
Usually yes, because bespoke geometry, tooling and one-off fixings cost more than catalogue products. The premium depends on complexity. We are upfront about it at quotation stage and suggest where a standard product could replace part of the scope.
Yes. We often take an architect's drawings or concept and develop the acoustic engineering, materials, fixings and manufacturing detail behind it, keeping the design intent. Send the drawings and the acoustic target, and we tell you what is achievable.
